Booking conditions:
- On confirmation of your booking a 20% deposit is payable which is non-refundable. Remaining payment at least two weeks before arrival
- Arrival time after 17.00
- Departure time before 10.00
- If you cancel more than 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel less than 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive the deposit back if we can rent the apartment to another tenant.
- we kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartment/cottage
